I am on an interval training kick and my legs and shoulders and arms are permanently sore. Running feels foreign and my joints are creakin big time. Sometimes I wonder if running will ever feel as good as it used to, pre-op. I have to believe that it will, but I am also aware that what may “feel good” will never be confused with quick and nimble. Anyway I just have to keep plugging and come what may. 12 weeks ‘til 40
